王振光：高中毕业的时候，我连26个英文字母都写不全，在破格进入“英语特长班”后也完全跟不上老师和同学的节奏，在巨大的心理压力之下，我没有退路可以选择，只能横下一条心逼着自己去追赶别人，在两周之后，我成为了全班英语成绩最好的人。也正是在这短短的两周里，我的快速英语学习方法成为了日后“超觉英语学习法”的雏形，背书也成为我学习英语的一个窍门，更是让我从此找到了英语学习的乐趣。

记者：作为“超觉英语学习法”的创始人，您认为这种学习方法的最大特色在哪里？以及开创这个学习法的初衷是什么？

王振光：很多中国人花了很多时间学英语，但最后却往往听不懂，也不会说，这其中最主要的原因是没有找到突破口，而这个突破口就是语感。“超觉英语学习法”作为一种与传统完全不同的学习方法，能够在不增加时间、不增加强度的前提下加大学习频率，通过提高单位时间内的学习效率，来快速地突破提升英语语感。

成功学习英语有两个关键，一是语感的突破；二是对职业角色功能的演练。目前国内大多数英语学习者在学习过程中都会遇到这两个难题，最好的语言学习方法就是去应用它，而太多人花费了太多时间去学习英语，我们认为这个很不值得，因此一种快速地、有效的英语学习方法就是必须的了。

英语是在实际过程中“用”出来的

记者：您提到职业角色功能演练在英语学习中的重要性，但目前似乎很多的英语教学中都并未涉及到这一点，您在具体的教学过程中又将如何对其进行体现？

王振光：我们在教学过程中，一直很注重角色功能训练对于提高英语学习效率的帮助。会让学员扮演某种主要角色或相关的皮套角色，对实际职业的角色功能进行操练。

最近，针对现代职业的要求，我们创办了为广大学员提前参加职业实践设立的实验基地———福来得商学院。这是一个“现代职业模拟沙场”，将现代企业运营机制引入教学组织的全过程中，按照企业岗位功能分配相应的角色，学员在模拟职业角色的过程中能够预先获得现代企业的生存体验，从而获得走向理想职业岗位的经验资本，打破大学毕业生被视为职业新手的尴尬局面，塑造现代大学生的职业品格。

记者：随着2008年奥运会的来临，您如何将自己的英语教学方法和丰富的教学经验与奥运语言培训服务相结合？有什么具体打算？

王振光：奥运会作为一项国际性的盛会，对于英语在中国的地位会产生巨大的推进作用。奥运是最有可能使英语在中国成为一种实用性语言的契机，作为一种交流沟通的工具，英语实际环境的模拟对于整个国家的英语学习会有很大帮助。

奥运会召开期间，需要大量的国内外志愿者，国内的志愿者很多都能够进行中英文翻译，而外国的一些志愿者并不会汉语，我们将会针对这些志愿者进行一些强化语言培训。

将英语学习变成知道或者不知道

记者：对于打算学英语和正在学习英语的年轻人，你有什么英语学习以及成长方面的建议？

王振光：首先，大家要意识到英语是一个“简单”的东西，认识到掌握英语是每个人与生俱来都可以具有的本领。将自己学习英语的状态调节到婴儿时期，同时利用大人学习英语的有效频率。其次，不要为英语考试绞尽脑汁，要尽早进行语感的培养，当语感形成后学习就变得很容易，英语学习不是学会或者学不会，而是知道或是不知道。
