1、企业安全生产管理体系及安全生产职责落实情况：
集团企业已建立健全三级安全生产管理机构，分别是集团企业级、地域分企业级、施工现场项目部级安全生产管理机构，集团总裁对全集团企业安全生产负全方面责任，成立以总裁为责任人安全生产委员会，负责全企业安全生产管理，并由生产副总裁主管。地域分企业在生产副总裁领导下，负责当地域分企业安全生产日常业务、技术工作。施工现场项目部在地域分企业经理领导下，负责本项目部施工现场安全生产管理工作。经过三级管理，使每个层次安全生产管理工作，分类分项、有条不紊推行各工作职能。
集团企业已建立起完善安全生产责任制，包含集团企业及各部门领导安全生产责任制、各安全生产职能部门安全生产责任制、项目作业人员安全生产责任制等，涵盖了企业每一个人，层层深入，严格落实，谁主管谁负责，管生产必管安全，出现问题责任到人，并立即进行教育培训。在自查企业安全生产责任制同时，还自查了企业安全生产规章制度，现在已完善安全生产规章制度，关键有安全生产检验制度、技术交底制度、安全技术方法制度、卫生防疫制度、应急演练制度、安全培训教育制度、安全方法计划管理制度、特种作业人员培训制度、危险作业审批制度、工伤事故管理制度、电气安全管理制度、消防管理制度、岗位安全操作规程和规范等。
