一、建立优秀的师生关系，做一名学生喜欢的老师教学中，我感受最深的是，教诲进程中的教学关系是一种独特的人与人之间的关系，这种关系的价值，远远超越常识传递的价值。”教师不是一个纯真的发报机，学生不是一个纯真的接收器。学生们也不是一个空罐子等着别人往里面放东西、他们是有思惟的个体，在发展进程中，需要常识，更需要关爱，关爱是一份情感，也是一份责任，人与人之间的感情是相互的，学生虽小，但他们都有着一颗敏感而真诚的心，只要你真心关爱他们，他们一定会有令你惊喜的回报。“亲其师而信其道”，只有让学生喜欢你，他们才会信任你，向着你引导的方向发展。在教学中，我们要鼓励自卑的学生，点拨后进的.学生，暗示自负的学生，发觉特殊的学生，服务每一个学生，关爱所有的学生，用心去与学生交换，努力构建师生平等、协调的师生关系，这样学生们才会跟随着我们一路前行。

二、构建协调高效课堂

现在正处于应试教育向素质教育转轨时期，既要求减轻负担，又要求提高教育质量，这就要求必须在课堂上下功夫，提高课堂效率：

1、认真备课。

大家都晓得，备好课是上好课的前提，备课包括备课标、备教材、备学生、备教法，备学法。教师要根据课程尺度请求，当真钻研教材，借助有关资料，了解、分析和掌握学生研究的立场、方法、能力和研究中存在的困难；选择最佳教学策略，确立合理的课堂教学模式，制定具体的教学环节，达到教学进程的最优化组合，有利于实现学生当堂掌握常识。看课程标标使我明白了课程的总目标，也深入的理解了英语课程的工具性与人文性的统一，明白了英语教学在培养学生们初步的综合语言运用能力的基础上，还肩负着促进心智成熟，提高综合人文素养的重任，为教学的设计指明了方向。备教材，上课前翻阅各种材料、教师用书、研究资料及以往的相招考题，对于哪些是重点难点，哪些常识点扩展到什么水平，会以什么形式出题，做到心中有数。备学生，就是要了解学生的年龄特点、接受能力、常识储备情况，这样可以免起点太高，学生听不懂，或起点太低，学生感到无聊的情况。备教法。每一级每个班学生特点各不相同，所以要注重仔细研究学生，采纳适合学生的方法导入新课，用学生易于掌握的方法讲解新知，用学生感兴趣的方法组织课堂活动。

2、用激情带动学生，焕发课堂活力。

我请求自己在备好课的基础上，每节课都满怀热忱地走进教室，哪怕身材不适、满心烦恼，在站上讲台，面向学生的那一刻，我都市面带笑脸，因为快乐的情感可以传染，假如你把快乐的情感、积极地心态传染给学生，他的研究效力可能会成倍增长。

3、精讲多练，提高课堂效率。

初中生的注意力集中工夫只能持续十五到二十分钟。假如仍然是“一张嘴，一支笔，从课首讲到课尾。”的教学模式，就会呈现“老师讲得天花乱坠，学生听得昏昏欲睡”的现象。新课程理念请求我们重视学生在课堂上的主体地位，少讲多练。少讲并不意味着粗略讲解，一带而过。初中生的接受能力还是有限，对于重难点的常识，根据学生特点细致的讲解，多举例，多操练，讲一点，练一点，讲练结合，让大多半学生都能跟上，参与活动。讲得太粗太快，学生跟不上，学不会，久而久之，就会慢慢失去研究兴趣。

英语学科知识点多而杂，致使部分学生因记不住而失去兴趣。我会经常用各种灵活的活动帮助他们记忆，使学生轻松的掌握知识，提高兴趣。比如在初一教音标时，我用一个小故事把十二个单元音音素连起来，易于他们记忆，还有二十一个辅音字母的发音我也编了与发音相匹的动作帮助他们记忆。研究词汇eye时，用联想法可以帮助他们记忆，也可用谐音教学door，告诉学生门是用来防盗的，所以坟墓的意思，发音是土墓，再比如umbrella谐音像俺不来了，因为下雨没伞。教学语法时，比如时态的教学，可以把几大时态的构成及用法比较对比研究，比较级最高级的教学，用实物或班里的同学设置真实的语境，操练句型。运用灵活的教学方法，可以降低研究的难度，激发学生们研究的兴趣。

三、经常查缺补漏，及时抓弱补偏

在提高课堂效力的基础上，还要指点、督促学生搞好课外复，防止常识的忘记，并经常进行检查测试，多批多改，及时发觉题目，办理题目。对于存在的题目，要有针对性的进行磨炼，并在下一步的教学中继续加以渗透，穿插复。对于存在题目的学生，耐心讲解，明确请求，基础常识，跟踪检查，人人过关。组织各小组互相检查所学基础常识，单词句型的听写背诵，用分数做好记录，一周一统记，对背的好的同学及时评价鼓励，对学困生先要做思想工作，多用鼓励性语言，调动其研究积极性。善于发觉他们的每一点进步，及时进行表扬鼓励，一定其成绩，提出进一步请求，引导他们争取更大的进步。班里一名学生，总成绩在班里十名左右，是升学的边缘生。我一看他的成绩，数理化很好，英语只有伍十几分，于是我找他谈话，给他分析了升学情况和他的现实情况，告诉他：“你只要把英语提上一点点，哪怕只考六十几分，你就有把握考上

高中，这一年，你应该在保持数理化的优势的基础上，向英语方面倾斜一下，多下点功夫，虽然你基础太差，但我向你保证，只要你这一年按我说的一步步做好，明年中考，你的成绩一定会有很大的进步”。他真的很信任我，每天很努力地学，一开始他默十个单词能错九个，我经常鼓励他，教给他发音规律、记单词的方法，他的词汇量慢慢多了起来。学短语句子时，他的困难就更大了，毕竟基础太差，他一个完整的句子也写不出来，看到他沮丧的样子，我一次次地鼓励他，并给他缩小范围，让他背最重点的，并在研究方法上给予指导，他就很高兴的学着。月考考试结束了，他的成绩有一点点起色，我看他很沮丧，又想放弃的样子，就又找他谈：“你只努力了两个月的时间，而其他同学是积累了两年，两个月想补上年的知识，那是不可能的。所以，你的努力现在不能马上见效，只要你不放弃，持之以恒，坚持到底，期末考试就会有惊喜的”。他又重新燃起了希望，艰难地努力着。每当他有一点点进步，我就及时地表扬了他，向他提出了进一步要求。他现在已经有了信心，研究劲头更足了。如果对学困生多一些鼓励，多一份耐心，多几次辅导，相信总有一天，他们会有进步的，哪怕只有一点点，也是成功。

四、对教师的理解

1、教师首先是教诲者，其次才是教学者。

2、教师要自我发展。北京的培训真正让我了解了人外有人，天外有天的道理。无论是大学教授还是一线教师，都即是理论专家，又是实践高手。他们的秘诀就是要与时俱进，要与学生同步。和老师已到退休年龄还每天写反思，听英文广播，每周看一本与教学有关的书籍。

3、教师要协作发展。靠教师一人的力量很难办理一些教学中的实际困难。一个学校优秀的成绩背后一定有一个连合协作和具有科研立异精神的团队。单打独斗无法创造一个学科的辉煌。

我想教诲教学需要“众人划桨开大船”。你一个经验，我一个经验，就是两个经验；你一个方法，我一个方法，就是两个方法。教诲资源需要共享，教学经验需要交换，教学方法需要互学。在教学中，教研组成员假如一起探叨教学疑心，教学方法，新的教学理念，我们一定能在提高自己教学能力、自身素质的同时，共同去打造我校高效教学的新场面。

man’s life is a proceof growing up, actually i’m standing here is a growth. if a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then i grow up along with these choices. once i hope i can study in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know i come here, now i wonder what the future holds for me.

3 my definition of success

why aren't we tired of something so fanciful, so unrealistic, and, i would say, so unimaginative? how can a story like that endure generations of repetition`? because, i think, it is a typical succestory. it is highly philosophical and symbolic. by implication, we see a 4-step definition of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess; 2 ) challenges to be met, as represented by the three tasks; 3 ) the proceof surmounting difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage.

the story not only caters to everyone's inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the proceand the result. the reward of succewill be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. if a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. the term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. but as i understand it, the true meaning of succeentails a combination of both the proceand the satisfactory result of an endeavor. to clarify my view, let me give another analogy.

Yes, we may face different sorts of challenges, but at least they are less harsh when compared to those in the past. It is like driving from a muddy road into a highway. In the muddy road, path, you would say, as it is formed only by crossing on it many times, flattening the ground to form a smoother area so we can pass. The road is so bumpy and rough, with holes here and there and rocks lying all over. When we drive along this road, we have to be very careful, having a firm grip on the steering wheel, ready for a sudden turn or a large boulder that may appear any second. However, when we drive on a highway, everything becomes different. The road is smooth, straight, and visible. Since there is no unseen obstacle, we may lower our guard, relax a bit, and loosen our grip on the steering wheel. One may even think, if we only have to drive on a smooth straight road like this highway, why would we need a steering wheel?

Faith is unique, just as happiness is. We feel happy for different reasons, we believe for different things. How can we know what we believe in? Recall the last time you are discouraged, and you felt you had lost all hopes in your life. What pulled you back into the world? What pushed you to stand up and continue to strive again? That is your faith, your belief. Faith is what makes you feel you can when others say you can’t.

!Faith is important…, faith is vital…, faith is necessary for us to live our lives. If we do not have faith, we are like a car without a steeling wheel. We can only afford to move along a straight and smooth path, and cannot meet any challenge in our lives. One must understand that no matter how smooth the road is, it is impossible for a car to go without a steering wheel. Having fun

When having to make a choice most people think they have to choose between the two. Far too often people go for the latter and naturally choose fun. For instance many people would prefer watching television, or more commonly known as TV to exercising, we all know that it’s true, right? The problem is, if you don’t exercise you will become weak and ultimately out of shape and it is no fun to be out of shape, right? So the question is, why not turn exercise into fun?

As an example, if TV is your favorite thing to do, why not connect your TV set to an electric generator that is charged by a stationary bike, you know, the kind of bike you peddle, that doesn’t go anywhere. So think about it, the more you watch TV, the fitter you’ll be.

Now if you are the kind of person who thinks listening to music is fun and you spend many hours alone tap tap tapping your fingers and your toes to the beat, why not take it one step further and get up on your feet and dance, dance, dance.

Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?

However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.

Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

We can pick up garbage when we see it.

We can take actions to fight against pollution.

It's our future that we're protecting.

It's our duty to keep our planet clean.

So, please don't be a litterbug.

一、转变课堂教学模式

有人认为历史是一门老师好教、学生好学的学科。对于学生来说，不需要有什么基础，只要认真学习就不会有太大的问题。但是在现实教学中我所面临的问题是：有的学生不爱学，学的不认真、不积极，惰性极强。面对这种情况，我在上课时灵活运用“五步短动式教学法”，将课堂分解为“看一看”、“说一说”、“听一听”、“议一议”、“练一练”五个环节，穿插于整节课,使师生之间一直处于互动状态，尽量提高学生注意力。敢于放手，注意培养学生的各方面能力，把大部分的讲授时间交还给学生使用,发挥学生的主体作用。在课堂上不

二、小组评价机制渗透到课堂内外

课堂上组织学生以学习小组为单位参与学习，回答问题即可得到相应的'分数，然后把分数统计作为评选“优秀小组”的依据。尤其对一些学困生，我往往采用学困生答对问题加双倍分，帮助他们树立自信心，不放弃学习。利用小组评价机制也打破了课堂沉闷、死板的状态，激发了学生主动学习的热情。我还把小组评价机制沿用到课后的作业和知识点背诵的检查中。在作业中，书写工整、规范并且及时改错的就给予加分;而对于那些不认真完成作业、不及时改错的就减分，并鼓励他们在课堂上通过积极参与课堂将因为自己所丢的分数赚回来。在知识点背诵的检查中，凡是按照老师要求全组同学都背诵完的就给予加分，班上第一个背诵完的小组给予双倍加分。大大提升了学生学习的积极性。通过一个学期的实践，证明小组评价机制的运用是行之有效的。

三、重视学生兴趣的培养

“爱好是最好的导师”，没有兴趣，学习就会成为负担。有了兴趣，学习就成为一种需求，就学得轻松愉快，动力无穷。历史课是一门非常有趣的科目，一节优秀的历史课应该设法将生动、鲜活的历史呈现在学生面前，不能只是枯燥地灌输和强迫学生死记那些历史知识。在我进行历史教学时，经常运用多媒体教学手段，播放一些纪录片、电影资料或相关的歌曲，创造历史情境，让学生置身其中，激发他们对历史的学习兴趣。例如，在讲授《郑和下西洋》时，我播放了一段纪录片资料，不需要深入解释，学生就能理解这个部分的主要内容。在讲授《蒙古的建立及元朝的统一》中的“行省制”时，通过课件演示将抽象的内容具体化，调动学生的各种感观，加强对知识的掌握。学生对历史产生了兴趣，课堂上所讲的知识会更加深刻，提高了学习效果。

四、构建历史知识体系

构建历史知识体系有助于厘清历史知识的线索，使其更具系统性和条理性，从而提升学生的学习成绩。因此，在我讲授新课时，我非常注重与旧知识点的关联，并重视引导学生构建自己的“历史知识体系”，力求让他们形成每一课、每一个单元以及整本书的独特的知识体系。这样，在复习时，学生的思路将更加清晰明了，能够节省大量时间，显著提高学习效率。

一、备好课是上好课的基础。就我个人而言，在备课时，我始终严格按照备教材、备教法和备学生的原则进行。同时，我充分利用备课组的优势，积极吸取他人的经验和教学方法。在上课之前，我尽可能地做好充分的准备，确保每一节课都“有备而去”。因为一堂有效的课程离不开老师充分的准备工作。我会认真研究教材内容，教材是教学内容的主要载体，所以每一次备课时，我都会认真阅读、思考和理解教材，了解教材的核心思想和编写目的，把握教材中提供的数学活动的线索，分析教材中蕴含的数学思想、方法和科学内涵，亲自完成每道练习题，只有这样才能真正领会新教材中所蕴含的教学理念，并备出高质量的教案。一般而言，我会在学生学习新课程的一周之前，先逐一完成下一章节的例题、习题、练习册、伴你学和单元卷，然后再根据课时进行详细备课。

二、高效的数学课堂教学不仅在于成功的讲解，而且更取决于科学、高效率的练习。科学合理的练习是学生学习数学、发展思维的经常性实践活动，同时也是师生信息交流的一个窗口。在新课程下，数学学习应该成为一种生活、一种活动，应该关注学生的发展，而不仅仅是重复单一的、千篇一律的内容。好的练习可以主动引导学生提出疑难问题、解决困惑，并及时进行纠正。通过这样的练习，可以巩固和应用数学知识，培养学生的学习习惯和思维品质，训练他们的思考方法，提高数学教学的有效性。基于多年的教学经验，我深刻地认识到大量的题海战术已经不再适应新课程理念下的数学教学。因此，在备课时，我会亲自做一遍手头的所有资料上的题目，然后对其进行归类筛选，设计出科学合理的练习，以提高数学课堂教学的效率。

四、在进行授课的过程中，教师应该注重表扬学生。即使是对于那些对学习没有兴趣或学习困难的学生，有些老师可能会认为这样的学生没有任何优点可夸奖。但作为一名教师，只要发现学生取得了一丝进步，哪怕是微小的进步，我都会及时给予表扬和鼓励，让他们感到自己也有优点，也能够不断进步。例如，在上课时如果我提出了一个比较简单的'问题，我会让学生回答，并及时表扬他们：“你的回答非常正确，你取得了很大的进步。”另外，如果有学生举手发言，即使回答错误，我也会给予鼓励：“看到你敢于大胆发言，虽然回答还不完全正确，但你已经取得了很大的进步，我相信下一次你一定能回答正确。”我始终坚信：对于学习困难或不爱发言的学生来说，教师的表扬和鼓励对他们而言是非常重要的。他们会感到非常高兴甚至自豪，从而对学习产生兴趣，认真听课并积极发言，这样他们的学习成绩也会迅速提高。在我的课堂上，第四组同学得到最多的发言机会。他们每次都能认真思考和积极回答问题。如果这个组的同学的回答受到全班的认可，整个小组的同学都会感到非常高兴和自豪。

落实好每天的作业

适当的作业对学生来说是必要的。但我们不能仅仅为作业而作业，而是通 过做作业，使学生巩固所学的知识。所以布置合适的作业是重要的。我所任教的班学生基础相差比较大，所以采用分层次布置作业的方式，做到照顾差异。作业的重点放在巩固所学知识的前提下，再适当提升。对基础不够好的同学要让他们从基础入手。对基础好的同学每天布置一个有助于开拓思维的题目。总之，作业不能一概而论。对于作业的批改我一点也不敢放松，多年来的教学使我对作业有一个深刻的体会，学生的作业也是老师的作业，作业布置了学生要做，那老师也必须要批改，否则设计的作业再好也不能达到巩固提高的目的。每天再忙我也要对学生的作业逐一进行批改，在我看来不批改就没有发言权，可以说批改作业让我尝到了大大的甜头，批改作业后再讲评使讲解针对性更强了，也节省了时间，只讲学生出错较多的题目更好的调动了学生听讲的积极性。刚接手这批学生时让我最棘手的就是家庭作业问题，不能认真独立完成应付了事抄袭现象严重，由于我坚持每次都批改家庭作业，及时发现问题并与学生进行交流，我们班学生的家庭作业质量有了大幅度的提高。班里有个女孩栾湉数学开始时是C类，上课回答问题积极，思维灵活，成绩却总是不太理想，通过批改作业发现，他的作业不能认真独立的完成，于是我就与他谈话告诉他作业的重要性，他知道老师发现了他的秘密，从那以后作业总是能认真独立完成不懂的就问，数学成绩有了很大的提高，现在已经经常考A。

做好课后辅导工作，多与学生交流
